Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
